The company was established in 2010 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia by global shareholders who felt a need to control the spreading of pathogen and other airborne particles at hospitals, offices and residences. The idea originated from the belief that viral diseases such as MRSA, Clostridium Difficile Infection and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) spread quickly in Asia. Therefore, there was an immediate necessity for systems to combat hospital-acquired infection – a serious matter from a clinical perspective but also from an economic standpoint for patients. The extra costs of longer hospital stay, medicines, and nursing care, all add up and continue to be a dilemma faced by many worldwide.
