Role

• Accountable and responsible for all the tasks and assignments delegated under the ambit of “Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory” practice at Insights
• Financial planning and analysis: Creating and maintaining financial models and forecasts to help guide the company's strategic decisions.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Developing and managing budgets for the organization and provide accurate forecasts of future financial performance.
• Financial reporting and analysis: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including preparing financial statements, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Cash flow management: Monitoring and managing cash flows to ensure the company has enough liquidity to meet its obligations.
• Risk management: Identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks, including credit, market, and liquidity risks.
• Accounting and bookkeeping: Overseeing the company's accounting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Taxation: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations and providing guidance on tax planning strategies.
• Team management: Managing and developing a team of financial professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Financial systems and technology: Ensuring the company's financial systems and technology are up-to-date and efficient, including financial reporting software, accounting systems, and financial data management systems.
• Strategic financial planning: Providing strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Requirements

• CA/ACCA/ FRM/CFA qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Applicant with Transferable Iqama preferred
