Robotic Services

We believe in protecting human life from risks and dangers that surrounds it no matter what. Innovative machines enable us to carry out processes that were otherwise carried manually without endangering workers. Not only that, but our robots help us cut time, costs and achieve tasks that were once considered impossible.

Meet Our Robots

And learn about the measures we take to ensure safe delivery of work using them.

Phantom Robot

The unique design and features of this robot enables it to center itself inside a duct or a pipe while completing a wide range of services. The robot is able to withstand even high-pressure cleaning methods due to its stability of motion and having no trouble passing through vertical ducts or sharp bends of variously shaped ducts. It’s equipped with a reliable high-speed drive and a 360-degree rotating nozzle which ensures the task is done in minimum completion time without missing a spot.

Below are some of the tools and accessories that enables our robot to inspect, clean, maintain and repair:

  • Front and rear cameras with live video and recording capabilities
  • Pneumatic scraper and brush
  • Rotary vacuum cleaner head with a 100m reach
  • Ultra-high-pressure water jetting

The robot can be controlled from a safe location. However, there are some precautions to be taken with different products and methods. The general precautions to be taken when operating dry ice blasting equipment are as follows:

  • The area must be well-ventilated because carbon dioxide will be very toxic to breathe its vapor form.
  • Dry ice must be handled while wearing gloves because it can create dangerous burns.

Aris -K2 Robot

The Aris-K2 robot illuminates the surrounding surfaces with UV-C light while disinfecting and sterilizing water, air and relevant surfaces in the area. It can can achieve a high-level disinfection of 99.9999% and completely disinfect an area of 1000 sq. m in 150 min (10x faster than manual disinfection). It can be used in a variety of indoor environments including hospitals, airports, shopping malls, offices, etc.

It has the following features:

  • 360-degree radiation
  • programmable kill and disinfection time
  • a thermal camera with automatic multi-face detection capabilities
  • a voice alarm sounding while in UV disinfection mode and when the temperature is abnormal.
  • Automatic charging
  • Autonomous navigation with obstacle avoidance and recovery control

After specifying the robot’s kill time, kill area and disinfection time, the robot will automatically navigate to the kill area at the specified time. During non-kill time, the robot will monitor body temperature and auto recharge as necessary. Before the UV-C sterilization procedure starts ensure the following:

  • The area is well lit to achieve maximum whole-area disinfection and to minimize hiding spaces that can be sheltering bacteria.
  • No human is present in the area being disinfected to avoid any eye or skin injuries. If human presence is needed in the area, they need to wear appropriate protective clothing and glasses.
  • The surface of the UV lamp is clean; wipe the lamp’s surface with alcohol gas if needed before turning on.
  • The environment is closed during killing but must be ventilated after killing ends.
